Free Flu Shot Clinics Free Flu Shot Clinics offered by LA County Library LA County Department of Public Health is partnering with LA County Library to provide free flu vaccines to people 6 months of age and older, no health insurance required. We will have 11 flu shot clinics; see the schedule of remaining flu shot clinics on the right. Drive-through options available at select locations. Free Flu Shot Clinic by Kaiser Permanente Whether or not you are a Kaiser Permanente member, Kaiser invites you to join them at a no-cost flu shot clinic. All are welcome, so take your family and friends with you! These are all walk-in clinics and are open until at least November 14th: Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
