Schools On Point is a 30-minute public affairs television program devoted to discussion about major legislative issues impacting California students and public schools. The show, which uses a sit-down interview format, was hosted by Dr. Debra Duardo, Superintendent of Schools and moderated by Frank Kwan, LACOE’s communications director.
